Do Happy Family products contain any synthetic colors or flavors?
No. Happy Family products never contain any synthetic colors or flavors.

Are all Happy Family products organic?
Yes! All of our products are USDA certified organic.

Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source all of our fruits, vegetables, and grains from trusted organic farms, many of which are located right here in the United States! However, depending on growing seasons, we’ll source ingredients from other countries. We hold each and every one of our partners to the same strict standards and carefully source each one of our ingredients. Where are Happy Family products made?
All (except for three) of our products are made in the US: Happy Baby Rice Cakes are made in the Netherlands, our Happy Baby Teethers are made in Thailand and our Happy Baby Jars are made in Poland. These products go through the same strict auditing as those made in our US facilities.

How do you test your products?
As parents ourselves, we take the safety of our products very seriously. Our Quality Assurance team analyzes every batch of every one of our products. Each product is tested to make sure that they meet our strict standards and are safe for every baby, toddler, and adult to consume. Click here to learn more about our quality and safety standards.

How are Happy Family Recipes created?
Because we’re parents too, we live the reality and understand the needs of today’s families. We are also driven by the long-term health and safety of children. Happy Family products are created in collaboration by our research and development (R&D) team, and with partners like registered dietitians, nutritionists, lactation consultants, and medical professionals.

Does any Happy Family packaging contain BPA or phthalates?
All Happy Family packaging is made without the use of BPA or phthalates.

How does Happy Family commit to being a socially responsible company?

Orders and Deliveries

What items can I order and where do you ship to?
We are pleased to offer all our Happy Baby Infant formula products for purchase online for delivery within the 50 states and District of Columbia. Products may be purchased in quantities of 2, 4, or 6.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Discover

How Do I create an account?
You can create a consumer account with us on our website. This makes ordering with us even more convenient. Click here to register!
Alternatively, you can create an account directly during the purchase process. Guest ordering is also available.

Do I need to create an account to order product, or can I order as a “Guest”?
You are only required to create an account when you are subscribing. One-time orders can be placed as a “Guest”.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed by our system.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you can track your order by clicking the 'track order' button in the shipping confirmation email. If you have questions regarding an order, please contact our care team using our contact us form.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to get my order?
We want your package to be delivered to you as soon as possible. For subscription orders we offer free 3-day shipping on your first order; all subsequent subscription orders will be shipped at no charge by regular ground and usually arrive within 5-7 business days. For one-time orders, your order will be shipped at no charge by regular ground shipping and will usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

My order has not arrived- what can I do?
Please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe once shipped (for example, after 3 business days for FedEx or 7 business days for USPS), please contact our care team using our contact us form.

What is the returns policy?
We are unable to accept returns. However, if your baby is unhappy with our formula, please contact our care team using our contact us form.

Subscriptions

How does your subscription program work?
Once you create your subscription, your card is charged, and your first order is shipped with free 3-day shipping. Subsequent orders follow a monthly schedule, with your credit card charged on the day of your subscription renewal. You will receive an email notification 7 days prior to the order being processed and your credit card being charged to provide the opportunity to make modifications, pause or cancel.

Packaging/Recyclability

What are the pouches made of?
Our foil pouches are made from multi-layer films produced without the use of BPA or phthalates. The outer layers are polyethylene blends designed for durability and printability. The middle layer is a bonded aluminum layer for moisture and vapor impermeability. The inner layer (the only layer that touches the food) is bonded virgin food-grade polyethylene. The food cannot contact the middle aluminum layer.

Are the pouches recyclable?
Unfortunately, our pouches are not recyclable at this time. Although our pouches cannot be recycled, they do offer numerous environmental benefits over other packaging alternatives.

Are the Infant Formula tubs recyclable?
No, the tub is not recyclable in the current recycling streams.

What are the larger, sometimes darker pieces in the oatmeal?
These are groats, the hulled kernels of the oat grain. If you see these, know that they are normal and part of our recipe.
